Saleculator Waiter 1.5.0 and Webin 3.9

Waiter app
1. Install the Waiter app on an Android 7 or newer phone.
2. Open Settings, enter the Webin address, and check the connection.
3. Activate the phone, sign in with the staff PIN, and set the bill and kitchen printers used by that phone.

Webin on the Saleculator computer
1. Start Apache and MySQL.
2. Extract the Webin ZIP as htdocs/webin.
3. Open http://localhost/webin/ and sign in with the Saleculator web administrator account.

The ZIP includes working config.php and database.php files. The included settings connect to MySQL at 127.0.0.1:3306, database saleculator, user root, password password. Edit application/config/database.php if your setup is different. Webin needs an existing Saleculator database.

To connect a phone on the same Wi-Fi, use the computer's local network address, such as http://192.168.1.100/webin. Allow Apache through the computer firewall for the local network.

Before updating
- Finish or recover unfinished orders before replacing the app. Older saved app data is not carried forward.
- Back up an existing Webin folder, database, settings, and waiter recovery data before replacing files.
- Keep customized Waiter.Print.Bill and Waiter.Print.KOT resources. Saleculator adds the defaults only when they are missing.

Move and merge tables
- Move sends the complete order to an available table.
- Merge combines it with another table already opened on the same phone.
- Pending bills and printer checks must be resolved first.

Printing
Set the billing and KOT1-KOT5 printers separately on each phone. A phone prints directly to its configured printers. Test each printer with the actual paper size before restaurant use.
