Install Saleculator on Windows

The Windows customer installer is pending code signing. Use this guide to understand the setup flow, but do not self-install on a customer machine until the download status allows it.

Download latest release Start 30-day trial

Check installer status

Wait for the signed public Windows installer before customer self-installation. Until then, use the runtime ZIP only through a technical vendor or validation environment.

Run First Run Setup

Choose single-machine POS or main POS/network client mode. Single-machine installs can use MySQL on the same computer.

Configure MySQL

Enter the MySQL host, port, database name, username, and password. For a network setup, use the same database URL on every POS machine.

Activate

Open Saleculator, request the 30-day trial from the activation screen, then continue to the PIN login screen after activation.

Checklist

Before handing over the POS

Confirm receipt printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer, scale, and customer display if used.
Run the support-info shortcut before requesting help so Java, MySQL, and device details are collected.
Keep a copy of the installer and release notes for future repair or reinstall.
