Before asking for help
Keep the shop type, device list, screenshot, and support report ready. Do not share passwords or serial keys in public chats.
Installation help
For one counter, complete the standard business setup. For multiple counters, decide which machine will hold the shared shop database before adding clients.
Trial help
Use START TRIAL from the activation screen, request the trial serial key, activate, and confirm the PIN login screen appears.
Store status
The direct Windows installer is available now. Microsoft Store availability is being prepared as an additional customer-friendly install option.
Partner help
Resellers and hardware vendors should include business details, device models, setup mode, screenshots, and handover status when requesting support.
