Local-first software
Saleculator is provided as POS software for local or local-network operation with MySQL. Customers are responsible for configuring, backing up, and protecting their own business database.
Terms
Saleculator terms of use.
These terms summarize the public download, trial, installation, and support position for Saleculator. A formal customer agreement or invoice may include additional commercial terms.
Trial
The 30-day trial is intended for evaluating Saleculator on real customer hardware before purchase. Trial availability may depend on activation service access and eligibility checks.
Licenses
Paid serial keys activate the same working installation unless otherwise agreed. License misuse, sharing, or tampering may lead to deactivation.
Reactivation and device transfer
Reactivation on the same device is free forever for the valid licensed installation. Key transfer from one device to another is free during the first year from purchase. After the first year, each device transfer is chargeable.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers where available. Orders may be reviewed, delayed, cancelled, or refused for suspected fraud, payment mismatch, compliance, unsupported location, or policy reasons.
Refunds and delivery
Cancellation, refund, and delivery terms are described in the Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. Customers should complete trial testing before purchasing a digital license.
Devices and setup
Printers, scanners, cash drawers, scales, operating systems, Java, MySQL, and network conditions must be validated before production use.
Compliance settings
GST, VAT, ZATCA, UAE eInvoice, and other regional compliance settings must be reviewed by the customer or their tax advisor before live billing. Saleculator does not replace legal or tax advice.
No guaranteed fit
Customers should complete a test sale, receipt print, report check, and backup before using Saleculator as the primary live counter system.
