Saleculator Webin 3.6
Browser back-office tools with the updated Saleculator waiter integration.
Included in this integration package
- Authenticated waiter sessions with employee and role-permission checks.
- Saved table drafts with device ownership, revision checks and controlled recovery or handover.
- Bill-request identifiers and status lookup so retrying an interrupted request does not create another order.
- Server validation of products, tariffs, modifiers and explicit price overrides before accepting a bill request.
- Protected browser write requests and restricted access to legacy integration endpoints.
- Browser assets and the PHP application packaged together for support-assisted installation.
Install or upgrade
Use this package with Waiter 1.2.0 and the matching Saleculator POS/PDA waiter order importer. Back up the existing installation, database and private waiter recovery state first.
Configuration is supplied as database.example.php and config.example.php. For a new installation, copy these to the normal configuration filenames and configure your own database connection and Webin URL. For an upgrade, preserve the deployed configuration, private state and site customizations.
This waiter integration requires no new database schema migration. Do not run the bundled historical SQL scripts as an automatic upgrade. Bill acceptance hands an order to the cashier; it does not mean that the bill is paid.
Validation and scope
The integration passed 36 isolated workflow checks, 8 bill-identity checks, 12 security checks and standard/cascading pricing checks. These checks used a separate test environment. Physical printer, phone and cashier acceptance remains required.
This package uses Webin's declared version 3.6, with source revision e403f85. The proposed new waiter-specific bill/KOT resources are not included.
